Train Yourself to Gain More Happiness Capacity

A naive happiness model
Let
- $$H$$ be the capacity of happiness that you can hold,
- $$T$$ be the minimum threshold of happiness needed for you to feel happy,
- $$F$$ be the happiness you can feel,
then
$$F=H-T$$
It is obvious that, to have a larger $$F$$, we can either keep $$T$$ at a small value(via 节制并自律), or increase the value of $$H$$, that is, to gain more happiness capacity(提升快乐感的容量). 在这样一个开源节流的简单模型里,开源可以和节流一样重要。我们在这里就简单讨论一下对个人快乐感的开源操作。
